A second university student was detained in Al-Khalil while on his way home from University.
Also in al-Khalil the PA forces arrested the journalist Amer Abu Arafa from his house in the afternoon.
Family sources affirmed that his laptop and mobile phone were confiscated during the raid.
Abu Arafa a photojournalist at Shihab news agency was arrested more than once by Israeli and PA forces.
Meanwhile PA Preventive Security (PPS) arrested a Palestinian citizen from his workplace in Tubas.
In Ramallah the PPS arrested two Palestinians including an ex-prisoner after summoning them for investigation.
On the other hand the journalist Qutaiba Qasim who was earlier arrested in Israeli jails was summoned for investigation by the PA intelligence in Bethlehem.
