In the context of their security cooperation with the Israeli occupation the Palestinian Authority (PA) security forces have arrested six citizens mostly students and ex-detainees and refused to release others held illegally in their jails.
In Qalqilya the PA preventive security forces kidnapped Mohamed al-Aqrea an ex-detainee in PA and Israeli jails a few days ago without informing his family.
In Salfit the preventive security forces arrested a university student identified as Othman Isam after summoning him for interrogation on Thursday morning.
The same security apparatus in Nablus also kidnapped Mohamed Ziyadah an ex-detainee. He is the brother of political detainee Hudaifa Ziyadah.
For its part the PA prosecutor in Nablus extended the detention of Ameed al-Halabi a student at Kadoorie University after arresting him on Thursday as part of an arrest campaign against university students.
Another Kadoorie student called Hussein Abu Shanab who was already detained by PA forces was kidnapped by the PA preventive security in Tulkarem.
The Ramallah-based PA intelligence apparatus for its part reportedly kidnapped a young man called Ismail Abu Shekhaidam a few days ago.
