The Palestinian Authority (PA) preventive security apparatus has refused to comply with court verdicts ordering the release of five Palestinian ex-detainees from al-Khalil city in the West Bank.
Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that the PA preventive security refused to release Isam Burqan Marwan al-Rajbi Hashim Abu Turki Jamil al-Jamal and Basem Abido.
They added that the preventive security flouted rulings issued by al-Khalil court ordering the release of the five detainees and transferred them to its headquarters and jail in Beitunia city west of Ramallah.
The detainees were arrested one week ago and they work at the management of al-Asil Mall Company in al-Khalil.
