The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Ramallah announced on Thursday that 5 deaths 713 new infections with coronavirus and 920 recoveries were recorded during the past 24 hours.
The Ministry stated in a press statement that the recovery rate from coronavirus reached 73.9 percent while the rate of active infections reached 25.4 percent and the death rate was 0.7% of all infections.
The new infections were distributed as follows: al-Khalil 133 Nablus 61 Bethlehem 52 Qalqilya 39 Ramallah and Al-Bireh 34 Jenin 19 Salfit 23 Jericho and Al-Aghwar 15 Tulkarem 28 Tubas 4 Gaza Strip 95 Jerusalem and its suburbs 210 (in two days).
The Ministry indicated that there are 42 critically ill patients who have been admitted to intensive care units including 11 who have been placed on ventilators.
