The Arabic site of the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) has reached three million fans on Facebook in less then seven months.
PIC pages on social media networks including Twitter and Facebook are both dotted with a blue mark which is a sign of its credibility and professionalism.
Millions of followers who have been seeking for up-to-date pieces of news on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and the Middle East continue to like share and comment on dozens of daily news materials posted online.
PIC Regional Office Director in Gaza Rizq al-Gharabli expressed the great pride felt by PIC staff members for such a success which he said makes part of another chain of goals scored by the group in its mission “to transmit the voice of Palestine to the world and the world’s voice to Palestine.”
PIC is a news website that provides news coverage of mainly Palestinian events for its readership in the world in various languages. It is dedicated to advocating the Palestinian cause from a multi-layered lens.
Since its inception in December 1997 PIC has taken the lead to speak up for Palestinians’ dream to liberate their motherland and restore their infringed rights.
