A Palestinian boy was proclaimed dead on Tuesday evening after Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at him and others in Khader town south of Bethlehem.
The Palestinian health ministry said that a 13-year-old child called Mohamed Shahada was shot dead by IOF gunfire in Bakoush area in the west of Khader town.
Local sources said that the IOF detained the boy after seriously injuring him and prevented Red Crescent paramedics from reaching him.
The incident happened when the IOF soldiers stormed the area and fired live ammunition and tear gas during clashes with local youths.
There was no information if the IOF handed over the martyr’s body to the Palestinian side.
