RAFAH (PIC)– A Palestinian citizen was killed on Wednesday and six others wounded in an Israeli air raid that targeted tunnels south of Rafah city south of the Gaza Strip medical sources said.
The sources in a statement to the PIC identified the man as Yousef Mar’ee adding that the six others sustained various injuries.
Security sources said that Israeli F-16s blasted two tunnels used to smuggle goods and other necessities to the besieged Strip.
In the West Bank Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained a Palestinian youth in Dhaheria village Al-Khalil district at dawn Wednesday and stormed a number of homes in Dura another village in the district wreaking havoc in them but no arrests were made.
IOF soldiers on Tuesday night arrested a Palestinian teen in Burkin Jenin district near the separation wall west of Jenin city claiming that he was carrying a pipe bomb and had thrown stones at the soldiers near the racist wall.
