A group of Palestinian young men on Wednesday fended off extremist Jewish settlers after they stormed the location of the evacuated Homesh settlement in northern Nablus.
According to local sources a horde of armed settlers stormed the area where the Homesh settlement was once located and attacked Palestinian cars but local youths confronted them and forced them to leave the area.
In recent months different West Bank areas have seen an upsurge in the frequency and severity of attacks by Jewish settlers and soldiers.
