A Palestinian civilian was injured on Monday evening after scores of heavily armed Jewish settlers attacked Palestinian shepherds and residents of Al-Tuana village in the West Bank governorate of al-Khalil.
Jewish settlers from Ma’on settlement fired and hurled stones at Palestinian civilians in Al-Tuana village injuring the Palestinian civilian Hafez al-Harini according to the coordinator of the Protection and Resilience Committees Fuad Al-Amour.
“The Israeli occupation forces arrested al-Harini after he was injured” Al-Amour added.
In a related development a Jewish settler sustained serious injuries during confrontations between settlers and Palestinian youths following the settlers’ attack in al-Khalil.
In another incident Israeli police arrested the Palestinian young men Firas al-Natsha and Ahmad Farjan after attacking Palestinian civilians in the Old City of Jerusalem.
