The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) detained a Palestinian young man on Tuesday evening on allegations of his intention to carry out a stabbing operation near the Huwara checkpoint in southern Nablus.
The Hebrew satellite channel Kan claimed that the young man was arrested after he arrived at a military point near the Huwara checkpoint while holding a knife.
In a separate incident the IOF kidnaped on the same day a Palestinian citizen after stopping him at the Jaba checkpoint in the northeast of Occupied Jerusalem.
The citizen was identified as Nidhal Samara an ex-detainee from Qalandia refugee camp in east Jerusalem.
