A Palestinian young man was pronounced dead on Wednesday evening by the Israeli occupation police at the Moskobiya detention and interrogation center in west Jerusalem.
According to the Palestinian Commission for Detainees’ and Ex-Detainees’ Affairs 43-year-old Abdo at-Tamimi a resident of Shuafat refugee camp in Jerusalem died while being held at the Moskobiya center.
Tamimi was arrested last Sunday over a traffic violation.
Spokesman for the Commission Hasan Abd Rabo held the Israeli occupation authority in Occupied Jerusalem fully responsible for his death.
Tamimi’s family for its part accused the Israeli police of killing him affirming that he suffered from a heart attack after he was severely beaten and tased with a high-voltage stun gun by police officers.
The family also said that Tamimi a father of four kids did not have any health problems.
