A Palestinian young man succumbed to injuries he sustained last week during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) to the north of the West Bank.
Local activist Ghassan Daghlas affirmed that Ahmed Hikmat Seif 23 died on Wednesday of a serious injury he suffered after being shot by IOF gunfire during clashes that erupted last Tuesday at the entrance of Burqa town north of Nablus.
Five bullets were fired at him from a zero distance in an Israeli ambush.
Ahmed underwent several medical operations and remained in the intensive care unit where he breathed his last.
A general strike was declared in the town in protest against Israeli increasing crimes against Palestinian towns and cities.
