Palestinian farmer dies of his wounds after being shot by IOF

A 59-year-old Gazan farmer who was shot and injured by Israeli gunfire on Saturday afternoon east of Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip died of his wounds in the evening hours.

According to the spokesman of the Palestinian Ministry of Health Ashraf al-Qudra the Palestinian farmer Mohammad Abu Jami who is 59 years old has died of his wounds after being shot by a bullet in the back on Saturday afternoon by Israeli occupation soldiers who opened their machinegun fire at Gaza farmers east of Khan Younis.

Israeli navy forces and army troopers routinely open fire at Palestinian fishermen sailing within the six-nautical-mile zone off the Gaza shores and farmers working in farmlands along the border with 1948 occupied Palestine flagrantly violating the ceasefire deal that was struck following 2014’s offensive on the coastal enclave.
