RAFAH (PIC)– A Palestinian fisherman was moderately wounded in IOF gunboat shooting before midnight Monday at a group of fishermen off the coasts of Rafah south of the Gaza Strip.
A medical source told PIC that Abdullah Mukdad 20 was hit with shrapnel all over his body when the gunboats fired bullets and projectiles at those fishermen.
In another Rafah area IOF special units kidnapped tens of Palestinian civilians after storming their homes in Abu Muamer area near the Soufa crossing in Rafah.
PIC correspondent said that the IOF soldiers searched and ransacked many houses before kidnapping more than 20 Palestinians.
For its part the Palestinian prisoner’s club Al-Khalil branch said on Monday that IOF troops rounded up 69 Palestinians in Al-Khalil district in the past month of May including 14 children less than 18 years old.
In another incident of IOA atrocities a Palestinian father in Salfit district has been blocked from visiting his three sons detained in Israeli occupation jails for one year.
Anis Shahin said that the IOA sites “security reasons” to prevent him from visiting his three sons. They are also moved from one prison to another pausing more suffering on their mother who is not informed of the transfer and runs from one place to another asking for their whereabouts the father added.
