A Palestinian girl suffered a bullet injury after Israeli soldiers opened fire at her on Friday night near Ramallah city in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian liaison office told the health ministry that soldiers opened fire at a girl near Ramallah and wounded her in the leg adding that her injury was moderate.
However the liaison office did not provide information about the identity of the girl and the circumstances of the incident.
Violent clashes between Palestinian young men and the Israeli occupation forces took place on Friday in Gaza border areas and the occupied territories in the West Bank and Jerusalem in protest at the US recognition of Jerusalem as a capital for the Israeli occupation state.
According to the health ministry two Palestinian citizens were killed and about 1114 others suffered different injuries during the events.
