A Palestinian young man was seriously injured and another arrested when Israeli occupation forces (IOF) violently stormed Nablus on Friday morning.
Violent clashes broke out during the raid when resistance fighters targeted the Israeli troops with home-made explosive devices.
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that a young man was seriously wounded in the head and chest.
An ex-prisoner was also arrested after IOF surrounded his family house in the city.
The IOF troops often carry out detention raids against Palestinians in the West Bank and Jerusalem claiming to arrest ‘wanted’ Palestinians.
4700 Palestinian prisoners are currently held in Israeli jails including 30 women 190 minors and about 800 administrative detainees.
