A Palestinian young man was injured on Tuesday evening after being shot by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) during a raid on Ramallah.
Local sources said that Hani Abu Qare’ was injured by a rubber-coated metal bullet to the chest during an IOF raid on al-Mazra’a al-Gharbiya village northwest of Ramallah.
Violent clashes broke out between the IOF soldiers and dozens of Palestinian youths who took to the streets to confront the attack.
According to local residents the IOF broke into several shops in the village and wreaked havoc on them for no apparent reason.
