A Palestinian young man was injured on Tuesday by Israeli gunfire during his presence near the separation wall in the southwest of Jenin in the occupied West Bank.
According to medical sources 27-year-old Ra’fat Yaser suffered a live bullet injury in his leg as he was walking near the separation wall in Jenin and was rushed to Jenin Hospital for medical assistance.
The shooting incident happened near Barta’a town which is located behind the separation wall.
With no regard for repeated international calls for halting such unjustified practices Israeli forces persist in using live ammunition with the intention of injuring and killing Palestinian civilians who pose no imminent threat of death or serious injury to those around them.
