A Palestinian citizen suffered injuries when an Israeli settler in a speeding car hit him in the northern West Bank city of Nablus on Wednesday evening.
Imad Abu Ghazala suffered different injuries and bruises medics said.
He was then taken to Rafidia hospital in Nablus for treatment the sources added.
Earlier on Wednesday two Palestinian children were saved by local residents after being kidnapped by a group of settlers while playing in front of their house in Nablus.
