A horde of extremist Jewish settlers on Monday physically assaulted a Palestinian shepherd and destroyed olive trees in Fara’ata village in the east of Qalqilya.
According to local sources settlers from the illegal outpost of Havat Gilad attacked Mohamed Salman as he was herding his cattle on his own land and injured him in his head.
The same settlers also chopped off olive trees in the village which is exposed to repeated violations and crimes by settlers and soldiers.
Havat Gilad settlers had torched two cars belonging to local residents from the village a few months ago.
