The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Thursday night kidnapped a Palestinian young man in al-Khalil claiming he tried to infiltrate into a military base near Kiryat Arba settlement.
Local sources told the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that 20-year-old Louay Sultan a resident of al-Khalil was kidnapped by Israeli soldiers and transferred to Etzion settlement.
According to the sources an Israeli officer phoned the family of the young man and told them that their son confessed to attempting to enter the base to stab soldiers.
The young man will be transferred next Sunday to Ofer detention center where an indictment will be filed against him at the military court there.
