A Palestinian youth was kidnapped by the Israeli forces on Wednesday evening at a military checkpoint set up near Jerusalem’s northeastern town of Hizma.
According to eye-witnesses Israeli officers kidnapped a young man from Occupied Jerusalem amid heavy deployment of armed forces in the vicinities of the abduction scene and at the entrances to Hizma thoroughfares.
At the same time the occupation army installed security cameras on utility poles set up at the northern entrance to Yatta south of al-Khalil province in the southern West Bank.
The newly-installed devices reportedly aim to keep tabs on Palestinians passing through the area and crack down on free movement inside and out.
