A Palestinian young man was shot and killed while 16 others were injured when Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed Jenin amid heavy gunfire at dawn Tuesday.
During the raid the IOF troops demolished the apartment of Ra’ad Hazem who was involved in Tel Aviv shooting attack in April.
The director of Jenin Hospital Wissam Bakr affirmed that the young man Muhammad Musa Muhammad Sabaaneh 29 was killed and 16 others were also injured one of them in critical condition. A young woman and a medic were among the injured.
According to local sources nearly 100 IOF vehicles stormed the city accompanied by a bulldozer.
The Israeli forces were deployed in large numbers throughout the city while snipers climbed onto the roofs of the neighboring buildings.
The IOF soldiers surrounded a building in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin and forced its residents out of their apartments including children and women which led to the outbreak of violent clashes.
