Hundreds of Palestinian mourners gathered on Wednesday evening for the funeral of Izz al-Tamimi 21 who was shot and killed in Nabi Saleh village northwest of Ramallah.
Al-Tamimi received three live bullets one of which to the head from a very close distance during an Israeli raid into Nabi Saleh village.
According to locals the IOF left al-Tamimi to bleed for more than half an hour and threatened to shoot anyone who would provide him medical treatment or take him to the hospital.
His body was returned to his family Wednesday evening after being held for several hours by Israeli forces.
His body was brought to his home for a last farewell before burial.
Following the funeral violent clashes broke out in the village where at least a young man was shot and injured in his head.
