A Palestinian youth was killed and dozens of others injured on Sunday evening after the Israeli occupation forces targeted protesters east of the blockaded Gaza Strip with gunfire.
The Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qidrah said Emad Daoud Eshteiwi aged 21 was fatally hit by Israeli soldiers in his head.
At least 20 protesters were evacuated to Gaza hospitals so as to be treated for injuries sustained in the Israeli attack.
Dozens of Palestinian young men gathered east of the Bureij refugee camp in evening protests staged in response to Israel’s simmering terrorism against the besiege enclave.
Two other Palestinians were injured in such evening protests east of Khan Younis and 10 more east of Gaza.
Sometime later an Israeli warplane hit a group of Palestinians in Malika area east of Gaza with two missiles.
At least 195 Palestinians among them 32 minors have been killed and 20000 others injured in Israeli aggressions on the Great March of Return protests staged near Gaza’s border fence since March 30 to speak up for Palestinians’ right of return to their motherland and push for lifting the Israeli blockade on the coastal enclave.
