Palestinian masses on Monday evening laid to rest a Palestinian child killed last night by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in the West Bank city of Jenin.
The funeral procession of 16-year-old Jana Zakarnah headed from Najah Hospital in Jenin then to her family’s home in the eastern neighborhood of the city of Jenin and then to her final resting place.
The masses chanted slogans that condemn the Israeli coldblooded killing calling for confronting the repeated crimes against the Palestinian people.
Earlier today the Palestinian ministry of health reported that the little girl was proclaimed dead after she was seriously injured in the head during an Israeli military raid into the eastern neighborhood of Jenin City on Sunday night.
29 Palestinian children have been killed by IOF live bullets in the West Bank and Jerusalem since the beginning of 2022 until the end of October according to Defense for Children International – Palestine.
