A Palestinian minor and a young man were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at daybreak Sunday from the West Bank.
According to local sources 28-year-old Maamoun As’ad Qubha was kidnapped by the IOF at Umm al-Rayhan checkpoint south of Jenin province.
The Israeli army claimed the young man was carrying an M16 weapon.
At the same time 17-year-old Alaa Shalalda was kidnapped by the Israeli soldiers at a makeshift checkpoint pitched on the main access road to Beit Anoun east of al-Khalil province.
The minor had been subjected to an exhaustive search and was dragged blindfolded to an unidentified destination.
