A horde of Jewish settlers last night assaulted a Palestinian citizen in Husan village west of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank and stole a large sum of money from him.
Chief of the village Mohamed Sabateen said that settlers attacked 55-year-old Nader Sabateen during his presence at the western entrance of the village and stole 25000 shekels from him.
Sabateen added that the settlers tried to tie him up and kidnap him but they escaped after local residents rushed to the area to save their compatriot.
