NABLUS(PIC)– Fighters of the Palestinian resistance have succeeded in blocking IOF troops’ advance into Nablus and Jenin cities at dawn Tuesday and forced them to retreat after intensive clashes with the invaders.
Spokesman of the IOF troops acknowledged that IOF troops pushing through Nablus city came under Palestinian fire adding that a planted roadside bomb was detonated in an IOF military vehicle in Jenin city but the spokesman claimed no casualties among the soldiers in the explosion.
On Monday night large numbers of IOF troops backed by more than 20 military vehicles stormed Nablus and ransacked Palestinian homes in a number of the city’s suburbs.
Limited Palestinian resistance was reported during the incursion but no casualties were reported local sources affirmed.
Meanwhile Palestinian security sources revealed that seven Palestinians citizens were rounded up at the hand of the IOF troops in different parts of the West Bank including Ramallah Al-Khalil and Bethlehem cities among other cities. Israeli military sources alleged that the seven were Fatah and Hamas activists.
