A Palestinian worker was shot and injured by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday near Wadi Abu al-Hums in eastern Bethlehem province.
A PIC news correspondent said 31-year-old Palestinian civilian Mahmoud Salah was hit by Israeli bullet fire as he tried to gain access to his workplace in Occupied Jerusalem.
The IOF soldiers attacked the worker with randomly-discharged live bullet shots while on his way to his workplace via the border fence.
The injured worker was evacuated to the Beit Jala government hospital so as to be urgently treated for the wounds sustained in his right foot.
