Violent clashes broke out last night between Palestinian young men and the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at the junction of Arraba town in southern Jenin.
Local sources told a reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that dozens of young men suffered from their exposure to tear gas during the clashes with the IOF.
According to the sources the clashes started after the IOF set up a makeshift checkpoint in the area.
Later the IOF suddenly withdraw from the area and other forces from a Palestinian Authority security apparatus stormed the same area as part of the security cooperation between the two sides.
In a separate incident the IOF last night kidnaped a young man identified as Izzuddin Ghareeb a resident of Jenin refugee camp at the Hamra military checkpoint in the Jordan Valley.
