Wednesday 10-January-2018

Several Palestinians were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at daybreak Wednesday in abduction sweeps rocking the West Bank.

The Israeli army claimed responsibility for the abduction of 11 Palestinians in overnight campaigns.

Reporting from the West Bank a PIC news correspondent said the IOF stormed al-Amaari refugee camp near Ramallah and kidnapped three Palestinians: Mohamed al-Mahseiri Jihad Abu Hamid and Deib al-Tarmasani.

27-year-old Yazid Mgheir was also kidnapped by the IOF from his family home in Jenin’s southern town of Arraba.

A series of military checkpoints was pitched by the occupied forces around Arraba.

At the same time Israeli soldiers rolled into Jericho and Akabat Jaber camp in the northern Jordan Valley before they kidnapped two Palestinian youths identified as Ahmed and Mohamed Barahma.

The list of arrestees also included Tamer Taher Mahmoud Sahw and Ahmed Khmeis among others.
