Palestinians arrested homes ransacked as IOF rolls into West Bank

Wednesday 4-October-2017

A number of Palestinians were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at daybreak Wednesday in abduction sweeps rocking West Bank provinces.

The Israeli army claimed responsibility for the abduction of six Palestinians on allegations of involvement in anti-occupation activities.

According to Israel’s Channel 7 the arrestees were dragged to Israeli detention centers pending intensive questioning.

At the same time the IOF seized tens of thousands of shekels from al-Khalil’s northern town of Beit Ummar on claims that they were used in anti-occupation operations and campaigns.

The occupation forces claimed that four weapons and ammunition were detected in a round of home break-ins in al-Khalil province.

Overnight the IOF stormed Qabatiya town south of Jenin and ransacked civilian homes. The locals had been made to endure exhaustive interrogation in the process.

The occupation soldiers also set up a military checkpoint on the Qabatiya-Zababda access road where Palestinian vehicles had been searched.

The IOF further rolled into Yabad south of Jenin and kidnapped the Palestinian youth Mohamed Amarna from his family home.
