Palestinians arrested in IOF raid campaigns

The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) detained several Palestinians overnight and at dawn Thursday during large-scale raids across the West Bank.

According to the PIC reporter seven Palestinian youths including two brothers were arrested in Nablus.

Meanwhile the IOF carried out military drills near Beit Dijan town east of Nablus. Local farmers were denied access to their agricultural lands due to the pre-dawn military exercises in the area.

A university student from Salfit was also rounded up late last night at a military checkpoint near Tulkarem.

Meanwhile IOF soldiers violently stormed a printing press in Ramallah and confiscated its equipment.

Similar raids were carried out in Jenin where several local houses were stormed and searched while a military checkpoint was erected at the entrance to the city.

At least five youths were detained when dozens of Israeli forces carried out pre-dawn raids across Tulkarem city. Several local houses were violently stormed and searched during the raid.

Similar raids were also reported in Qalqilia where a number of houses were stormed including ex-prisoners’ houses.
