Several Palestinians were kidnapped by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at daybreak Thursday in abduction sweeps rocking the West Bank.
The IOF rolled into Bethlehem’s southern town of Beit Fajjar and kidnapped three Palestinian young men.
Two Palestinians were also kidnapped by the occupation forces from Jenin province.
Activist Bilal al-Tamimi said the IOF stormed the family home of the jailed Palestinian girl Ahed al-Tamimi and kidnapped her brother Waad 22.
The Israeli soldiers prevented the family members from taking pictures during the arrest and removed live footages from the family’s camera.
Ahed and her mother Nariman have been serving an eight-month sentence in Israeli prisons.
At the same time fierce clashes burst out overnight in Qalqilya’s eastern town of Azzoun shortly after Israeli army patrols stormed the area and cracked down on the Palestinian locals.
The assault culminated in the abduction of two young men from Azzoun. The IOF sealed off the main entrances to the town shortly afterwards.
