Thousands of Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip marched on Saturday in the funerals of three martyrs killed by the Israeli occupation army.
The Palestinian residents of Arraba town in Jenin laid to rest Hamdan al-Arda 60 who was killed by the Israeli occupation forces 40 days ago in al-Bireh city.
The marchers raised Palestinian flags and portraits of the martyr and chanted slogans calling for a response to the heinous crime.
The Israeli occupation forces shot al-Arda dead in al-Bireh city on 13 December 2018 and claimed that he attempted a car-ramming attack.
Al-Arda’s body was handed over to his family on Friday 25 January after over a month of detention.
Hundreds of Palestinians took part in the funeral of the Palestinian child Ayman Hamed 16 in Silwad town in Ramallah.
Hamed was shot in the chest by an Israeli soldier during anti-settlement protests on Friday.
Meanwhile the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip bade farewell to a young man who was killed by the Israeli army during the Great March of Return on Friday.
Gaza Ministry of Health on Friday announced that Ehab Abed 25 died after he was shot by an Israeli sniper east of Rafah city in the southern area of the Gaza Strip.
Since the start of the Great March of Return along Gaza border on 30 March 2018 the Israeli army has killed dozens of peaceful protesters and injured thousands others.
