A number of Palestinian citizens choked on tear gas on Tuesday evening when Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided Qalqilya City.
Local sources said that violent clashes took place near a checkpoint south of the city between the IOF soldiers and Palestinian youths.
The IOF heavily fired tear gas canisters and live ammunition causing a number of Palestinian citizens to suffer severe breathing difficulties.
The Palestinian youths meanwhile responded by burning car tires and throwing stones at the IOF soldiers.
