Hundreds of Palestinians performed Friday prayer in the vicinity of a hospital threatened with closure by UNRWA in Qalqilya.
The participants declared their total rejection of the UNRWA’s intention to close the hospital and called on the UN organization to cancel the closure decision calling it arbitrary resolution.
They also called for working to improve the hospital’s conditions and the UNRWA’s services allocated for more than 750000 Palestinian refugees in the West Bank.
UNRWA had earlier declared intention to close the medical facility which provides services for Palestinian refugees in the city.
