A number of Palestinian citizens were injured on Saturday during Jewish settlers’ attacks in several areas of the occupied West Bank.
Local sources reported that a number of Palestinians suffered breathing problems after being attacked by pepper spray used by Jewish settlers against them in Al-Sahlah neighborhood near the Al-Ibrahimi Mosque in the center of the Old City of al-Khalil.
Meanwhile Palestinians organized a protest near the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) checkpoints at the entrance of Al-Shuhada street and Tal al-Rumeida neighborhood in al-Khalil to condemn the ongoing IOF and Jewish settlers’ attacks.
In a related development Jewish settlers stole the olive harvest of Palestinian citizens after storming Palestinian lands in Deir Sharaf village west of the West Bank city of Nablus.
Local sources reported that fire broke out in the Palestinian lands that were attacked by the Jewish settlers adding that the IOF prevented the civil defense crew from reaching the scene.
In another development Israeli police arrested the two Palestinian sisters Hanadi Hamouda and Shahd Hamouda after attacking them while they were trying to reach Al-Aqsa Mosque through the Bab al-Qatannin gate.
IOF soldiers and Jewish settlers repeatedly attack Palestinian citizens in Al-Sahlah and Tal al-Rumeida neighborhoods storming their homes and arresting their children in an attempt to expel them and expand the settlement outposts in al-Khalil.
