Scores of Palestinians were kidnapped and civilian homes ravaged by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at daybreak Wednesday in abduction sweeps rocking West Bank provinces.
Israeli patrols rolled into Beir Zeit town north of Ramallah and kidnapped the Palestinian university student Waad Fukaha.
Anti-occupation activist Husam Harb affiliated with Hamas resistance movement was kidnapped by the IOF from Sakaka town in Salfit.
Clashes flared up in the area and culminated in the abduction of a number of Palestinians from Salfit.
Two Palestinians were meanwhile kidnapped by the IOF from Qalqilya and Tulkarem provinces.
At the same time clashes burst out near the Grand Mosque in Tubas shortly after the occupation forces stormed the area and kidnapped two Palestinians.
The IOF also wreaked havoc on civilian homes and smashed their property.
Palestinian ex-prisoner Taleb Abiyat along with Emad Abiyat were kidnapped by the IOF from Fasayel town north of Jericho.
In the meantime Palestinian citizen Thaer Mteir was kidnapped by the occupation forces from Qalandiya refugee camp north of occupied Jerusalem.
Sometime earlier ex-prisoner Atef Raba’ was kidnapped by the IOF at the Container checkpoint set up north of Bethlehem.
Meanwhile the occupation forces summoned an ex-prisoner from Bethlehem to questioning and ravaged the home of another. Ex-prisoner Maher al-Atrash had his car seized by Israeli soldiers in Halhul north of al-Khalil.
A group of Palestinian young men were subjected to exhaustive field interrogation in Deir Nidham village west of Ramallah.
