The Third Conference of the League of “Parliamentarians for al-Quds” kicked off on Saturday morning in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur with the attendance of over 500 lawmakers from across the world.
The two-day conference aims to o build a joint action strategy to support the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights and confront the US deal of the century and all steps that target the Palestinian cause.
The conference has been organized under the theme “Towards a Strategy for Defending al-Quds (Jerusalem) by the Malaysian parliament and several civil society organizations including the Muslim Youth Movement of Malaysia and the Palestinian Cultural Organization in Malaysia.
The conference is seen as an important platform to exchange opinions and experiences that could contribute to defending the Palestinian people and supporting their just cause.
It is also a valuable opportunity to communicate with the owners of the Palestinian cause and obtain correct information directly from them and to sense the risks surrounding Jerusalem the Aqsa Mosque and the Palestinian cause in general.
