An Israeli policewoman was slightly injured on Thursday afternoon during a stabbing incident in the Old City of Occupied Jerusalem.
According to Hebrew media sources a 13-year-old boy tried to carry out a stabbing attack at Bab al-Silsila area and accidentally stabbed a policewoman in her hand as she was trying to subdue him.
Consequently the Israeli occupation police escalated the situation cordoned off the area around the scene and closed all the Aqsa Mosque’s gates and the entrances of the Old City.
Israeli police forces also harassed Jerusalemite young men which provoked clashes with them.
