A Palestinian press photographer was injured Saturday when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) violently quelled the weekly demonstration of Kafr Qaddum town in Qalqilya.
A local source said that Ibrahim Samhan who works for Palestine TV channel was shot in the leg when IOF soldiers attacked the peaceful demonstration.
The source added that the IOF detained the ambulance transferring Samhan to a nearby medical center for treatment and detained Abdul-Elah al-Atiri a member of Fatah’s Revolutionary Council for trying to help the injured man.
