Al-Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas has mourned Ahmed Naser Jarrar one of its resistance fighters affirming that more operations will be carried out against the Israeli occupation in the West Bank following his assassination.
“The door is wide open for our people’s heroes to deal more painful blows to the enemy” the Brigades said in a statement on Tuesday.
“Martyr Ahmed the son of al-Qassam commander Naser Jarrar was killed after he confused an entire army and became an exemplar for all freedom fighters who resist the occupation and its false myth that it cannot be defeated” the Brigades added.
Jarrar was shot dead by Israeli soldiers on Tuesday morning in Yamoun town near Jenin during a shoot-out with them.
His martyrdom ended a nearly month-long manhunt for the resistance fighters who carried out a drive-by shooting that killed a Jewish on January 9 outside the illegal outpost of Havat Gilad in the occupied West Bank.
