KHAN YOUNIS (PIC)– Palestinian citizens in Khuza’a town east of Khan Younis city were joyful after they knew that the IOF troops dismantled an advanced military outpost in the town under the pressure of intensive Palestinian missile attacks.
Local Palestinian sources affirmed to the PIC correspondent that the IOF troops have completely pulled out from the military center which they set up in the town last month.
The outpost the sources added was used for spying purposes against Palestinian citizens in the town as well as for attacking Palestinian farmers and civilians approaching their farms in the area.
An Israeli spying aerostat equipped with sophisticated spying cameras was also flying over the town and controlled from the outpost so as to feed back information to the IOF troops on the movements of the local residents before the IOF troops brought it down when they decided to pull out.
The outpost was exposed to intensive mortar and rocket attacks from the Palestinian resistance fighters led by the Qassam Brigades in retaliation to the IOF massacres in Gaza local inhabitants affirmed.
An atmosphere of jubilance prevailed over the town’s residents after the news about the IOF withdrawal spread as they described the outpost and the aerostat as a nightmare that widely disturbed them.
Hammad Al-Rokob the spokesman of Hamas Movement in Khan Younis described the IOF dismantling and abandoning of the outpost as “victory to the Palestinian will”.
“The QB proved beyond reasonable doubt that they are able to painfully hit back at the Israeli occupation army and that they achieve more victories over the IOF troops with the Palestinian people rallying behind and backing them in this course” Rokob underlined in a press statement he issued Friday and a copy of which was obtained by the PIC.
He also confirmed “The Israeli occupier was dreaming if he thinks that the IOF crimes against Hamas Movement would weaken it as facts on the ground proved that Hamas and other Palestinian resistance factions emerges stronger and harder after every IOF assault on them”.
