Hamas’s armed wing—the al-Qassam Brigades—urged on Monday evening the Palestinians and Muslims across the globe to follow the steps of the slain anti-occupation Tunisian scientist Mohamed al-Zouari.
In a ceremony held in honor of the assassinated pro-Qassam Tunisian engineer Mohamed al-Zouari in Gaza al-Qassam Brigades called on Muslims and Arabs to combine forces in the face of the nation’s sole enemy—the Israeli occupation.
Al-Zouari’s creative juices and sense of self-abnegation shall forever remain an eternal legacy al-Qassam Brigades stated.
“Our resistance path will not be affected an inch by al-Zouari’s assassination. We will avail ourselves of every possible potential to oust the Israeli occupation” they vowed.
“Today we stand as proudly as the eagles in the sky commemorating the nation’s hero—Mohamed al-Zouari—who nurtured our resistance potentials with his intrinsic genius and iron will” they added.
“It is no wonder that your name will keep forever hovering in Palestine’s and Tunisia’s sky just as the Ababeel drones that you have manufactured with your own hands kept flying high up in the sky during the Israeli war on Gaza” they said addressing al-Zouari.
“A nation that gave birth to al-Zouari shall continue to procreate thousands of other Zouaris. Israelis should not keep rejoicing for so long over their heinous crime. The day shall come soon very soon when they will heap up their own funeral pyre” al-Qassam further pledged.
Al-Qassam resistance battalions hailed the family and relatives of al-Zaouri lauding the long-standing Palestine-Tunisia fraternity bonds.
