The Egyptian authorities on Saturday continued to open Rafah crossing for the 2nd day in a row in both directions after being closed for two months for security reasons.
Egyptian and Palestinian security sources said that 605 passengers were able to travel to the Egyptian side of the border and enter Gaza.
Approximately 93 humanitarian aid trucks were also transferred to the Gaza Strip the sources added.
However about 85 passengers were sent back to Gaza after being denied access into Egypt for no apparent reasons.
The Egyptian authorities announced the reopening of the border for two days to allow humanitarian cases to leave or enter Gaza.
