The Egyptian authorities unblocked on Monday the Rafah border crossing with Gaza in one direction before passengers stranded at Cairo International Airport.
Rafah crossing’s media chief Mootaz Daloul said the Egyptian side announced their decision to open the passageway just before those stuck at the Cairo airport.
Over recent days several appeals were published by the Palestinian Information Center to speak up for Palestinian passengers detained at Cairo Airport.
