The Israeli Magistrate Court extended Wednesday evening the remand of the slain Palestinian Thaer Abu Ghazalla’s father till next Friday for incitement charges.
Family sources affirmed that Abdul Salam Abu Ghazalla’s remand was extended for the second time after his arrest on Tuesday as he was summoned for investigation in Qishleh police station in occupied Jerusalem.
Abdul Salam who was earlier held in administrative detention following his son’s killing was charged with incitement over Facebook posts.
Thaer Abu Ghazalla was shot and killed in October 2015 after he allegedly carried out a stabbing attack which left four Israelis injured.
His body was released for burial on August 30 2016.
