696000 others are seeking refuge overseas at a percentage of up to 419% of those living in occupied Palestine.
1 million and 91000 Palestinians are meanwhile living in the blockaded Gaza Strip.
The report documented a decline in the total fertility rate to 4.1 in the period from 2011 to 2013 down from 5.9 in 1999.
The current birthrate is estimated at 30.9 newborns per 1000 people while mortality rate has hit 3.5 per 1000 persons.
The number of Israelis at the end of 2015 has reached 6.33 million. The number is expected to leap by 0.12 million by the end of 2016.
